Sorry I haven’t been around lately, but been running around taking care of this and that. One major thing I have been doing is looking at apartments. I definitely need to move outta the basement. Tired of the dankness, spider bites and hearing shit over my head that I shouldn’t be hearing.

So far I’ve seen bout 5 different apartments, 4 in Hammond and 1 in Midlothain Illinois. The first one I saw was straight up “ghetto-tastic” On a compound of 9 buildings, 3 were boarded up and gated off. I read online later on that this same place were fined by the city of Hammond for health violations (i.e. Mold), several murders and shootings and snake infestations, but it was $450 a month with all utilities. The second one was nice but slightly out of my price range. Roughly bout $635 and you have to pay electricity and everything in the apartment was electric. But a nice family community. The third was this place in Midlothian that Tracy just recently moved to. It was nice, quiet, would have suited my needs for $595 but it would cause a 20-45 minute commute to work and I ain’t on that. The fourth place was still being remodel when I saw it. It had hardwood floors, brand new cabinetry and appliances, but $575 and no utilities included. The last place which I saw last night was spacious 2nd floor apartment in a duplex. Had a big-ass living, dinning, kitchen, but a tiny bedroom, but everything was inculded for $575, so I’m thinking bout going for this one if not then the one being remodeled. I’m so excited about this, yet so fucking worried at the same time.

I haven’t told my mom that I am moving. Honestly I don’t want to cuz I don’t want to hear her mouth regardless if its pro or con. I love my moms to death, she gave me life and I’m eternally grateful but right now I just don’t like her and we’re not really talking. Anyway, I got a shit load of planning to do.
